My group classes are mostly HIIT (high intensity interval training). They can be hard but anyone can do them. We do many different movements, strengthening all parts of the body.
I only accept people who are interested in improving their health and are ready to work hard. If you are not serious, are not willing to push yourself, or are not going to be dedicated, this probably isn’t for you.

Participants should be free of injuries, be able to run, jump and lift light weights. If you have doubts, ask me.
Bring water and a towel. We often swim afterwards. Wear clothes that can get sandy and wet.
Feel free to bring a friend, but have them contact me first.
This is a group effort. We all sweat together, support and cheer for each other. Be open and ready to push your mental and physical limits.
Bring a positive attitude and come free of distractions. Please keep dogs at home, in the car or tied up during the workouts.
Please come 5-10 minutes early. We will start at 5:30 and 7:00 AM sharp.
Classes typically take 1:10-1:20 after cool-down and stretching.
